Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Orders are processed within 6-15 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Tails and paw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
